We start with a structured walkthrough of your current setup: SKUs, suppliers, marketplaces, freight partners, account health metrics, and the systems you're using to manage them. The output is a written audit identifying the highest-leverage operational gaps.

Onboarding & Access Setup

We get controlled, scoped access to your Seller Central account, your supplier communications, and your freight forwarding portals. Confidentiality and data-handling are formalised in writing. From here on, we operate as an embedded part of your operations team.

Forecast & Reorder Cycle

We build a live demand forecast against your historical sales data, current stock-on-hand, and lead times by SKU. Reorder recommendations are reviewed with you on a defined cadence — usually weekly for fast movers, monthly for the long tail.

Production, Freight & Customs

Once a PO is approved, we coordinate directly with your manufacturer in China — production timelines, pre-shipment inspections, carton specifications, and document preparation. We then book and track freight through to port of arrival, manage customs documentation, and hand off to your destination 3PL.

FBA Prep & Inbound Monitoring

FBA shipment plans are created, labels generated, and the prep partner is briefed. We monitor inbound performance until each unit is received and active in FBA — and chase any discrepancies before the claims window closes.

Ongoing Operations & Reporting

Day-to-day, we monitor account health, listing accuracy, stranded inventory, and reimbursement opportunities. You receive a weekly operational summary and a monthly profitability review. When something needs your input, we surface it clearly with a recommendation attached.
